Al pastor pork, with Kāpiti smoked pepper jack cheese, agave-glazed jalapeño, fire-roasted pineapple, pickled red onion, and smoked chilli crema in a Cottage Lane potato bun with flaming mezcal, with fries and hot smoked queso and pico de gallo salsa.Vegetarian alternative: al pastor pork replaced with pulled king oyster mushroom, pepper jack cheese replaced with housemade queso fresco. The burger pays homage to mezcal, and is finished with a flaming mezcal glaze.
